Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit position at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience on night shift.

Details

• Work setting is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont
• Position covers Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit
• Night shift schedule
• Floating to other units is required, including coverage for Progressive Care Unit overflow
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active VT or Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 5 years of L&D nursing experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP

Additional Information

• Candidates must be prepared for a quick start upon offer acceptance
• RN license will be required upon acceptance of the position
• Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required
• Position spans multiple sub-specialties including Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Perioperative, and Post-Partum nursing
