Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 5+ years of L&D experience and an active KY or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week within a two-week pay period
• Patient ratios may fluctuate with census and call-ins
• Meditech EMR experience required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), NRP (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 5 years of current L&D experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Orientation is held on a bi-weekly schedule
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted
• No travel pairs allowed for this position
