American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Colorado, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.

Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 7p–7a, 12-hour shifts

36 hours per week, 3 days per week

13-week contract

Epic EMR used for charting

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call during a regularly scheduled shift may be required

Active CO RN license or compact license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required

Current AHA certifications required: BLS; ACLS, NRP, and/or PALS as appropriate for unit — must not expire prior to assignment start

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

English proficiency required (speak, read, write)

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for L&D patients
-
Performs health teaching, counseling, and monitors therapy and treatment plans

Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation as needed

Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible
