Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a hospital's 2nd floor orthopedic and spine unit, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg experience.

• Hospital-based Med/Surg unit specializing in orthopedic and spine patients
• 13-week travel contract
• AM shift, 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg experience within the past 3 years

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Former permanent staff from this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and RTO must be spread out rather than taken on consecutive days around holidays
