Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit in Wichita, KS, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a valid KS or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit at a hospital in Wichita, KS
• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner OneChart

Requirements

• Active KS RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• MOAB De-Escalation Training certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
