Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Hospice Case Management position in Plymouth, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and prior hospice experience in an outpatient setting.

Details

• Outpatient hospice case management role involving routine visits to patient homes and care facilities
• Expected caseload of 4–5 patient visits per day
• Daily driving of approximately 30–50 miles required to reach patients across surrounding areas
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Mileage reimbursed per IRS guidelines

Requirements

• Active MA RN license currently in hand
• Meaningful prior hospice nursing experience required
• Ability to travel independently between patient homes and care facilities on a daily basis

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, permanent, or per diem) within the past 6 months are not eligible — a full 6-month separation from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility is required
• Pass/fail telemetry/ECG and medication testing required
• COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine required; medical exemptions are accepted
