Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) position requiring strong trach, vent, and drip skills with an every-other-weekend schedule.

Details

• Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility setting
• Patient ratios of up to 1:5-6, consistent with LTAC standards
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply under the same terms as travel candidates
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent and strong LTAC experience required
• Proficiency with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilators, and IV drip management required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• This is a newly onboarded client facility
• Candidates should be comfortable managing complex, critically ill long-term acute care patients
