American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ambulatory Oncology/Hematology position requiring at least 2 years of experience and active Epic proficiency within the past 2 years.

Office-based ambulatory clinic setting focused on hematology and oncology patients
-
Role centers on triage, care coordination, and clinic-based patient support — this is not an infusion position
-
Uses Epic EMR; experience within the past 2 years is required

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM day shift schedule

No weekends or holidays required

13-week assignment

Active VT or Compact RN license required; candidates without VT licensure will be considered but must apply within 24 hours of commitment — NY candidates may be considered with proof of pending NY license

Current BLS certification required

Chemo/biotherapy provider card required

OCN certification preferred

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Hematology/oncology and/or ambulatory care experience strongly preferred

Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable

Two references from a Nurse Manager and/or Supervisor required — at least one from the past 6 months and one from within the past year

SSN and DOB required for consideration

Provides triage, care coordination, and clinic-based support for hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting

Public transportation is not accessible in this area; a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended

Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April

Bi-weekly Monday orientations are available for onboarding
