Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Night Shift position in California, requiring an active CA RN license and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current CPR certification required

Additional Information

• Responsible for the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of resident care
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective resident care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes
• Incorporates knowledge of resident age and cultural diversity into care delivery
• Administers treatments and medications, interprets diagnostic tests, formulates plans of care, and provides resident and family education
• Contributes to quality improvement initiatives with a focus on positive resident outcomes
• No RTO (requested time off) will be approved unless noted in the offer at time of placement
