Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Telemetry monitoring with ECG rhythm recognition responsibilities

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation, and acceptable scores on both are required to proceed
• Holiday coverage is required at least every other holiday
• Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any assignments at this health system, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before starting a new assignment at any of its locations
