American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience and proficiency with cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation.

Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)

Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a 16-bed capacity

Patient care involves telemetry monitoring, pacemakers, IV insulin protocols, and Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)

Charting is performed in Epic
-
Floating within scope is required to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities within a 75-mile radius

Block scheduling is not available for this position

Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) currently in hand — pending licenses are not accepted

Current certifications required prior to start: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EKG/Telemetry course completion

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required

Experience with pacemakers, IV insulin protocols, and Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) required

Must pass an EKG/Dysrhythmia competency assessment as part of the compliance process

Valid Driver's License or state-issued ID, plus a utility bill in the candidate's name with a matching address dated within the last 3 months

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff must have been separated from this health system for at least 1 year to be eligible
