Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Resource Pool Med/Surg Tele position requiring flexibility to float across multiple units and campuses on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Resource Pool position within a hospital setting, with floating required across multiple Med/Surg floors including Ortho, Med/Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med/Surg Tele units
• Floating may include travel to a sister campus approximately 9.5 miles from the main location
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) requirement
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must be comfortable adapting to varied patient populations and unit workflows given the float pool nature of this role
• License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date; NURSYS verification preferred where available
