Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Subintensive Medical/Telemetry Unit (days) in Northport, AL, requiring at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Subintensive Medical Unit (Med/Surg Telemetry) in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week travel contract

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
• No hits (past or current) on nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Required documents for consideration: current drivers license, license verification via Nursys, skills checklist, and 2 professional references from within the last year

Additional Information

• Meditech EMR is used; prior experience is preferred but not required
• No pre-start HealthStream modules required — competency-based modules are completed during virtual orientation
• A Cardiac Exam is required after offer acceptance
