Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN Circulator for an Operating Room position in Caldwell, ID, requiring at least 1 year of OR circulating experience and Da Vinci robotics skills.

Details

• Position is in a hospital OR setting with 6 operating rooms
• Performs a wide range of surgical procedures including ortho, neuro, spine, urology, general surgery, GYN, bariatrics, podiatry, endoscopy, and ECTs
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Team includes RNs, CSTs, OR Aides, and Anesthesia Techs
• Equipment used includes Stryker, Steris, Olympus, Zimmer, and Mizuho
• Documents in Meditech EMR
• Shift hours are 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Floating may be required between Main OR, Endoscopy, and Outpatient Surgery (2nd floor)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ID or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
• At least 1 year of recent RN circulating experience in relevant service lines such as ortho, spine, urology, or general surgery
• Da Vinci robotics experience required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
