Position: RN-Orthopedics (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Orthopedics for a 13-week contract in Charleston, West Virginia — earn up to ($2410 - $2537 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic settings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

• Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatments.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in West Virginia with orthopedic nursing experience.

• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.

• Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek constructive feedback.

• Experience in developing and implementing patient-centered care plans.

• Skilled in utilizing evidence-based practices in orthopedic nursing.

• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
