Position: RN-Orthopedics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Orthopedics for a 13-week contract in Charleston, West Virginia — earn up to ($2410 - $2537 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic settings.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatments.
Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in West Virginia with orthopedic nursing experience.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek constructive feedback.
Experience in developing and implementing patient-centered care plans.
Skilled in utilizing evidence-based practices in orthopedic nursing.
Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
