American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pre-Op position at an outpatient clinic, requiring Pre-Admission Unit (PAU) call experience and Epic proficiency.

Outpatient clinic setting focused on pre-operative patient care
-
Supports 4 physicians performing Colonoscopy and EGD procedures

Primary responsibilities involve making Pre-Op calls to patients scheduled for gastrointestinal procedures

Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)

No weekend or on-call requirements

Charting performed in Epic EMR
-
Free on-site parking available

Floating between facilities within Washington State may be required
-
Active WA or Compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)

Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Pre-Admission Unit (PAU) phone call experience is required — no exceptions

Epic EMR experience is required — no exceptions

At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

SSN and DOB required for consideration

This is a predominantly administrative nursing role focused on patient phone communication and pre-procedure preparation

Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and self-motivation to ensure timely and thorough patient outreach
