Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Behavioral Health/Adult Psychiatry position requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

Details

• Adult Psychiatry unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner OneChart

Requirements

• Active KS RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• CPI Blue Card Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills or MOAB De-Escalation Course (online portion) required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• On-site portion of CPI/MOAB High-Risk training will be completed during orientation
• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
