Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Telemetry position on a Trauma Tele unit, requiring 2+ years of experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a trauma hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Current NIHSS certification required for telemetry RNs
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if currently residing in Florida or Missouri)

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• ACLS is not listed as a requirement but candidates should ensure all certifications align with the unit's standards
