Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU Float Pool position at an academic medical center in Ohio, requiring telemetry skills and Epic experience on night shifts.

Details

• Position is part of a float pool covering stepdown and PCU areas across multiple campuses, including Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd
• May be required to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Patient ratio is approximately 1:3-4
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Telemetry monitoring is required in this role
• IV insertion skills are required

Requirements

• Active OH or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Proficiency in IV insertion required
• Telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
