About Us

Mellow Voyages Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing travel company with two specialized brands:

  • Mellow Voyages (B2C): Offering personalized domestic & international packages, hotel bookings, flights, cabs, and visa services.
  • Regal Trip India (B2B South India DMC): Providing ground-handling services and curated packages to travel agents across India and overseas.

We are looking for a Sales Executive (B2C) for our Mysore office, who will focus on customer acquisition, lead conversion, and delivering excellent service to retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online leads for domestic & international holidays.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing the best travel solutions.
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Promote company products, seasonal offers, and group departures.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to booking to post-travel assistance.
  • Maintain a database of clients and update it regularly in VoyageDesk CRM.

Coordination & Operations

  • Work closely with the backend operations team for timely confirmations.
  • Liaise with vendors, hotels, and airlines to secure competitive pricing.
  • Ensure accuracy in travel documents, vouchers, and itineraries before handover.

Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Participate in promotional activities, local tie-ups, and events to generate leads.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international destinations (preferred).
  • Good communication in English and regional languages (Kannada preferred for Mysore).
  • Ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail travel sales preferred (freshers with passion for sales may also apply).
  • Prior experience in Mysore market will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
