About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Remote Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of flight tickets, hotels, transfers, packages, visas to the UAE, car rentals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Acquisition:

* Actively seek and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

* Sales Generation:

* Identify and pursue sales opportunities, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

* Utilize Sabre and OTA platforms to efficiently book and manage travel arrangements.

* Negotiate rates and packages to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

* Customer Service:

* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

* Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to offer accurate information and advice.

* Business Development:

* Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new market opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

* Actively participate in team meetings and share insights to improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in travel sales, preferably in a remote setting.

* Strong proficiency in using Sabre and OTA platforms.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time management abilities.

* A passion for travel and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
