The Travel Sales Executive plays a key role in promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and related services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, skilled in sales, and dedicated to crafting personalized travel solutions that cater to clients' needs. Achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of service are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, offering customized recommendations and solutions.
Booking and Reservations: Oversee the entire booking process, including reservations, ticketing, and managing changes or cancellations efficiently.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Documentation: Handle all travel-related documentation, such as visas, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Travel and Tourism Industry
Language: Malayalam mandatory
