Position Overview
As a Travel Support Associate (Voice & Chat) within the Service Department, you'll assist customers who already have bookings by responding via inbound calls and live chat. The role is communication-focused and process-driven, with clear escalation paths. No GDS or airline reservation systems are used or required for this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to inbound customer questions via voice and chat
• Provide accurate, consistent information using internal procedures
• Manage multiple conversations efficiently (switching between voice and chat when needed)
• Confirm customer details and ensure requests are documented correctly
• Escalate unclear or complex situations based on guidelines
• Contribute feedback to improve scripts, processes, and customer experience

What You Bring:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken + written)
• Confidence handling live customers and de-escalating calmly
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, telecom, or retail is an asset (not required)

• Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in Heliopolis, Egypt.
