The Tour & Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements and tour packages for clients. This role involves liaising with customers, vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and tour services
- Prepare customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agents, and service providers
- Ensure all travel documentation (tickets, visas, insurance) is completed correctly
- Monitor travel schedules and resolve any issues or changes promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details
- Assist clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in tour coordination or travel services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of booking systems and travel software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
