Sales Executive- Tours & Travels

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Tours & Travels to promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and related travel services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tour packages, holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services
• Handle customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow up with clients to close sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
• Coordinate with operations, reservations, and vendors for smooth booking processes
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Tours & Travels / Travel Agency
