We are looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Tourism Agents to join our Lahore office.

Salary Package

• Freshers (0 Experience): PKR 25,000 + Attractive Commission
• Experienced Candidates: PKR 30,000 – 45,000 + High Commission
• Monthly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages
• Contact leads generated through social media, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Provide complete travel guidance, quotations, and booking details to clients
• Convert leads into confirmed sales through excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Manage booking records, customer information, and follow-ups using CRM
• Stay updated with travel routes, fares, promotions, and airline policies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Work towards monthly sales targets and achieve performance milestones

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Strong customer service and sales approach
• Ability to handle client inquiries confidently
• Energetic, positive, and presentable personality
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers encouraged to apply
• Experience in tourism, travel agencies, telemarketing, or call centers is a plus
