Job Description

Zoomers RV of Illinois is seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Lifestyle Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for helping customers find the right travel trailer, fifth wheel, or motorhome for their camping and travel lifestyle.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-growing recreational industry where customers are excited about their purchases and the product you represent creates memorable experiences for families.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person, online, and by phone to understand their travel needs
• Demonstrate RV features, layouts, and options in a clear and professional manner
• Guide customers through the selection process from first visit through delivery
• Maintain knowledge of current RV models, floorplans, and features
• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the purchase process
• Work with sales management to ensure a smooth and positive buying experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products
• Self-motivated and able to work in a performance-driven environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer opportunities
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency preferred
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
