Licensed Dental Assistant (minimum 1 year experience)

PERFORMANCE STANDARD

On time is early.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and execution readiness)

Performance Bonuses: $10,000–$35,000+ annually

Patient satisfaction scores

Territory growth performance
