Traveling Dental Assistant

Are you an experienced Specialist Dental Assistant looking for a new opportunity? We're a growing dental practice seeking a skilled professional to join our team! This unique traveling position offers the exciting opportunity to work with multiple doctors and enjoy a change of scenery throughout your week by serving at our offices in Lindenhurst, Commack, Hauppauge, Selden, and Freeport.

We're looking for someone with a background in specialized dentistry, such as Oral Surgery, Periodontics, or Orthodontics. You should be proficient in digital X-rays and have experience with Dentrix and Dexis. Some late nights may be required, but this role is perfect for a dental assistant who thrives on variety and is ready to take the next step in their career.

SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL.

Applicants without prior dental experience will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have experience as a Dental Assistant.

Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Chairside assisting
• 1+ year of experience using Dentrix or Dexis software is required
• Specialist experience assisting Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Perio or Ortho
• Four handed dentistry

Dental Assistant Schedule:

● Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

● Alternating Fridays and Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
