Traveling File Auditor

Responsibilities:

This is for an entry Traveling position at our law office. No prior experience working for a law firm is required.

An ideal candidate will:

Be available full-time

Be capable of driving to different appointments each day and meeting with new clients to help them sign our retainer agreement

Be capable of working on the road during the day

Dress professionally since they will be meeting with new clients each day.

Looking to stay long term

Have a high school diploma, GED, or 2 year degree

Desirable Qualities:

Good attendance is a must

Be dependable and arrive to meetings on time

Be capable of working independently and as part of a team

Have a positive can-do attitude

Have a professional appearance and demeanor

Have good organizational skills

Have good attention-to-detail

Knowledge/Experience:

No prior experience required. Prior experience working in a law office or medical office is a plus but not required. If you can learn then we can teach you.

Daily Tasks:

An ideal candidate will be driving to different appointments each day to meet with new clients. We meet with providers to retreive documents.

Most of our legal assistants have never worked in a law office before. We will train you and teach you everything that you need to know so you can succeed.

Office Hours

Our normal working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on Monday through Friday. This position is for forty hours per week.

We are looking for someone in the local area, not someone who will have to commute from a long distance.

We are looking to hire immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
