Our preference is for you to be located in the Chicagoland area, as our headquarters is located in Crystal Lake, IL.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials at different job sites across the country
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operate basic tools, power tools, and equipment safely following established guidelines
• Follow detailed instructions from our electrician to complete assigned tasks accurately
• Travel to various locations as needed, maintaining flexibility in schedule and assignments
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site managers to meet project goals
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required protective gear

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly throughout the day
• Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and supervisors
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, tasks, and work conditions
• Electrical experience is not required, but basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or general labor roles is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel nationwide on short notice
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required; training is provided
