Job Overview

Agile Construction is seeking 5–6 dependable construction laborers for a commercial renovation project at Norfolk International Airport.

Work will include interior demolition, job site preparation, assisting tradesmen, and supporting installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Interior demolition work
• Removal of flooring, walls, and fixtures
• Material handling and staging
• Jobsite protection and cleanup
• Assist carpenters, drywall installers, and other trades
• Operate basic construction tools

Requirements

• Construction or demolition experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass airport background check
• Strong work ethic and dependability

Compensation

• $18 – $25 per hour depending on experience
• Potential for long-term work
