Job Overview: As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks on job sites, including installation, maintenance, and general yard work. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn the landscaping trade while contributing to a growing, dynamic team. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience and training along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements
• Support the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and equipment
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment under supervision
• Follow instructions from Landscape Foreman or Supervisor to complete tasks accurately and safely
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Learn and apply best practices for landscaping and horticulture

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate!
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation drivers license is a plus
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow in the landscaping field
