Traveling Maintenance Tech

We are currently seeking a team member to be on our Traveling Cap team in Orlando, Florida .

• A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required
• Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.)
• Be able to assist in special projects that are needed at a community. For example: electrical, HVAC, carpentry, key & lock, painting, landscaping, roofing, glass/window screen repair & replacement, appliance repair, etc
  
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses a high school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• 3-5 years experience required
