treaming and Video Producer / Creator Growth Lead

We are looking for a Streaming Producer / Creator Growth Lead to help build and scale a new livestream-driven media platform with two founders who are expanding into live streaming, podcasting, and short-form content at scale.

This role is full time based in New York area.

We are looking for someone with significant experience with Twitch / YouTube streamers, real-life streaming setups, podcast formats, and creator media production.

The model will combine long-form livestreams (several hours at a time to start) with a high-volume clip engine (30–40 clips per week) across:
- YouTube Live, Youtube and YouTube Shorts
- TikTok
- Instagram
- Facebook
- X

Operate and manage livestreams including:
YouTube Live, Twitch, IRL livestream setups

Responsibilities include:
- Managing multi-camera switching
- Monitoring stream quality
- troubleshooting technical issues live
- Produce and structure livestreams and podcast recordings, guest interviews
- cooking / real-world content
- You will work directly with the founders to help shape the show format and pacing.
- Turn livestreams and podcasts into high-performing short-form content.

Expected Weekly Deliverables
- 2 - 4 livestream shows per week

• 1 podcast per week
• 30–40 short-form clips per week

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
