Treasury Accountant- Experienced in BNPL/Financial Insitutions

We’re Hiring | Treasury Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Treasury Accountant to join our finance team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Treasury Responsibilities:

· Cash Flow Forecasting

· Daily Fund Positioning
Fund Allocation Management

· Bank Financing Management

· Investor Funding Management

Treasury Operations & Compliance:

· Bank & Account Reconciliations

· Transaction Monitoring

· Banking & PSP Relationships

· Regulatory Reporting (QCB)

· Treasury Accounting Entries

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in treasury accounting, cash management, or financial operations
• Prior experience in FinTech, BNPL, NBFC, or digital lending environments preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cash management and cash flow forecasting
• Bank reconciliation and payment processing expertise
• Understanding of treasury operations, loans, guarantees, and facilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions is an advantage

Regulatory & Compliance

· Understanding of financial controls and internal policies

· Compliance with company procedures and audit requirements

· Knowledge of Qatar banking practices is a plus
