TREASURY & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (must have UAE experience)

Summary

We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee treasury operations, banking activities, and day-to-day accounting functions. This role requires strong experience in treasury management, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and payment processing. As the business expands, the successful candidate will also take on corporate administration responsibilities, making this an excellent long-term career opportunity with strong growth potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor local and international bank payments
• Monitor incoming and outgoing bank transactions
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Monitor bank balances, cash flow, and payment limits
• Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and supporting financial documentation
• Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end closing activities
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external accountants
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with corporate administration, including maintaining corporate records, updating KYC documentation, and preparing documents required by banks and regulatory authorities
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury and financial processes as the business grows

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven UAE experience in Treasury, Banking, and Accounting (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow management
• Experience supporting AP, AR, and month-end financial close
• Good understanding of financial documentation, contracts, and banking procedures
• Experience liaising with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with corporate administration or KYC documentation is an advantage
