Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and leading a team of accountants. This role is critical for maintaining our financial health and supporting our strategic goals.

Responsibilities;

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers and financial reporting.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

· Review financial transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

· Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

· Manage the monthly and annual closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.

· Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements;

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

· CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting.

· In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

· Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

· Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
