Treasury Analyst

Pupose:

Responsible for processing and settlement of treasury products, including validation, documentation, settlement & accounting.

To ensure all treasury back-office activities are carried out in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.

JD:

• Bank account opening & closing, validating relevant authorizations & supporting documentation.
• Prepare bank signing mandate, addition & deletion of signatories
• KYC management with banks & BU’s including FATCA & CRS compliance
• Prepare request letter for TR / loan drawdown, rollover of loans
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and follow up for uncleared receipt and payments
• Prepare documentation for Early/Partial settlement of loans
• Issue Corporate credit cards / E Dirhams cards, providing monthly statements to users
• Resolve inward & outward payment issues with banks.
• Verification of interest and bank charges.
• Provide Bank Account Balance Confirmations to Auditors timely
• Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain Loan Details in Systems
• Record Monthly Loan Repayments in System
• Record Monthly Accruals & Interest payments in Systems
• Manage intercompany interest accruals
• Handle FX & Inward/Outward Remittances
• Handle Inward/Outward Remittances
• Maintain Forex rates in ERP

Skills:

Working knowledge of ERP environment preferable Microsoft Dynamics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
