Position Summary
TenCate Americas is seeking a Treasury Analyst (Cash Management & Corporate Card Program) to support enterprise-wide treasury operations and corporate card program administration across a decentralized accounting environment.
This role plays a key part in daily cash management, banking integrations, corporate card oversight, and cross-functional coordination with regional finance teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple entities, time zones, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations & Cash Management
  • Perform daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting using treasury management tools and ERP systems
  • Support short-term cash forecasting by gathering and consolidating data from regional finance teams
  • Assist with bank integrations, including BAI2 files, lockbox data, and ACH/wire confirmations
  • Maintain banking master data, including account details, signatory updates, and system records
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or exceptions to appropriate accounting teams
  • Support treasury-related internal controls, audit requests, and documentation efforts
Corporate Card Program Administration
  • Administer the corporate credit card program, including card issuance, maintenance, limit adjustments, and cancellations
  • Monitor transaction feeds into expense management systems and troubleshoot issues with internal teams or vendors
  • Review transactions for policy compliance and coordinate with users and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end close activities by monitoring outstanding transactions, ensuring timely expense submissions, and resolving coding issues
  • Maintain cardholder data, approval workflows, and system configurations
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of contact for treasury-related inquiries across decentralized accounting teams
  • Partner with regional finance teams to support reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Assist in implementing standardized treasury processes while accommodating local operational requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to users on treasury systems, expense platforms, and corporate card processes
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to cash management, card program activity, and compliance metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and workflow optimization initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks)
  • Familiarity with treasury operations, banking processes, or cash management activities
  • Exposure to corporate card or expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Coupa, Expensify)
  • Understanding of banking file formats and payment workflows (e.g., BAI2, ACH, wire transfers) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a decentralized, multi-entity, or global environment

Additional Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
