This position reports to Manager, Treasury and is responsible for ensuring timely process validation, return / chargeback processing, problem resolution and defect research as it relates to the company’s payment and funding processes. This position supports operations in banking related and armored car issues. The Treasury Analyst will work to manage all operating bank relationships and functions, complete bank documentation and MSB requirements in a timely fashion. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for staying up to date with modern banking practices and offering suggestions to management for product and process improvements. They will be responsible for monitoring and reporting payment and funding trends to management on a daily or monthly basis. The Treasury Analyst also will support management with vendor management, invoicing, and monthly bank fee analysis.
College degree in business field or equivalent experience.
Three to five years operational or banking experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
Understanding both Visa and NACHA operating rules, ability to identify and mitigate financial risks, and collaborating with other departments and/or leadership is crucial to the position.
