Treasury Associate

Elevate is recruiting a Treasury Associate to join our high-performing team, supporting the growing needs in the global Finance Department. We provide consulting, technology, and services to law departments and law firms, offering practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Specifically, the Treasury Associate will

• Manage the Treasury email box and respond within in a 24-hour SLA.
• Initiate payments in bank portals and route for bank approvals.
• Download bank statements on a daily basis from bank portals.
• Make entries in NetSuite for all Treasury related transactions that are reflected in bank statements.
• Lead month-end closing review for cash-related coordinating with General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Coordinate with Treasury Analyst or Team Lead for all payment-related concerns.
• Lead Treasury daily operations including internal and external audits.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years background in business administration, especially banking and accounting for journal entries.
