<div>Elevate is recruiting a US Recruitment Specialist to join our Contracts team. As a US Recruitment Specialist, you will coordinate all communication between candidates and hiring managers. 
 
Specifically, the US Recruitment Specialist will:
<ul><li>Post open positions on job boards globally.
</li><li>Formulate a methodology to determine the best sourcing strategy per job such as: Job Posting, Social Outreach, Employee Referral, Manager Co-Sourcing, Email Campaigns and others.
</li><li>Liaison with service line managers to understand and create appropriate job descriptions.
</li><li>Shortlist potential interested/suitable candidates.
</li><li>Monitor and administer Elevate HRMS globally.
</li><li>Manage Elevate recruitment workflow tool by updating candidates&rsquo; recruitment status, sending email notifications, scheduling interviews with stakeholders, creating evaluation forms for different positions, etc.
</li><li>Draft offer letters and related contracts for selected candidates.
</li></ul>
 
Skills for success:
<ul><li>Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind.
</li><li>Ability to understand different service lines and the industries they support Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
</li><li>Keen knowledge of the difference between high volume sourcing activities vs. high complexity sourcing activities.
</li><li>Ability to engage clients in a way that instils confidence and fosters strong client relationships.
</li><li>Polished professional and client service-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of understanding and meeting (or exceeding) client expectations.

Experience.
<ul><li>4+ years&rsquo; experience in the LPO/BPO/KPO sector
</li><li>Min 2 years in a recruiting/sourcing role Experience in working on job portals like Indeed, Monster, Simply Hired etc.
</li><li>CRM and sourcing plan development Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred.
</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Applicant tracking systems Recruitment portals HRMS like Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, etc. Recruitment management tools like The Resumator, Recruiter Box, Monster.com, etc.
</li></ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul><li>Any graduate or equivalent experience MBA HR preferred.</li></ul>

US Specialist - Recruitment (India)

<div>Elevate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our eDiscovery and Document Review team! The Senior Project Manager will be the primary liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects. 
 
This role requires proficiency utilizing Relativity, Everlaw, and eDiscovery methodologies. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive customer and project documentation within the project queue and collaborating with various groups to implement optimal solutions for customer requirements. 
 
Specifically, the Senior Project Manager will
<ul><li>Understand and interpret customer requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.
</li><li>Consult with customers on utilizing Elevate's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.
</li><li>Coordinate internal processes across Elevate's global departments to ensure customer objectives are met.
</li><li>Represent Elevate in customer interactions and with third-party service providers.
</li><li>Supervise and support other members of the Professional Services (PS) team to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
</li><li>Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
</li><li>Provide regular project updates and performance reports to Directors and above to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across Elevate.
</li><li>Conduct project kickoff calls with customers and key stakeholders.
</li><li>Effectively manage and communicate timelines and ensure team meets all relevant deadlines.
</li><li>Coordinate data collection activities.
</li><li>Coordinate and support processing requests from customers.
</li><li>Coordinate and prepare document productions for customers.
</li><li>Support customers with migrating data between databases.
</li></ul>Experience
<ul><li>8+ years' experience in an eDiscovery project management, with hosting services experience preferred.
