Position: Treasury Officer
Location: Hashmani Hospital – Karachi
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

Hashmani Hospital is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Treasury Officer to manage high-volume cash flows, banking transactions, and financial controls. The role requires strong expertise in handling large cash amounts, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance in all treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows involving high-value transactions
• Handle large cash collections and deposits from multiple departments (OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, etc.) with strict control and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of all treasury transactions, cash movements, and supporting documentation
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures, reconciliation, and safeguarding of funds
• Monitor online payments, credit card transactions, and bank reconciliations
• Process payments related to vendors, consultants, doctors, and operational expenses
• Assist management in cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies
• Coordinate closely with Finance and other departments for smooth cash flow and fund management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash handling, or financial operations (hospital experience preferred)
• Strong experience in handling large cash volumes and financial transactions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting systems
• Sound knowledge of cash flow management and financial reporting
