Treasury Specialist (Maternity cover - 9 months)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist (Maternity cover - 9 months) based in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for overseeing all treasury-related activities, including cash allocation, credit reporting, and cash management, ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will deliver these responsibilities in a timely, efficient, and secure manner to support organizational needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely transfer of funds, manage short-term credit usage, and oversee the allocation of incoming payments
• Execute overnight interest calculations and related processes
• Administer cash and non-cash loan transactions with financial institutions and handle intra-group financial operations
• Monitor and manage Guarantee Letters
• Analyze bank cost data to support pricing negotiations and enhance service level agreements
• Evaluate and contribute to the improvement of bank reporting systems
• Maintain and update procedures for banking and cash management operations
• Assist the Treasury Operations Manager in treasury-related activities and prepare daily treasury reports
• Lead month-end closing processes for bank records
• Prepare and issue bank instructions, ensuring all transactions are executed promptly and accurately

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably with a background in treasury
• MS Office knowledge
