Treatment Coordinator / Front Office

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Face Focused Orthodontics. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn new skills across different areas of the practice.

While the primary focus will be on Treatment Coordination, this role also includes assisting with front office responsibilities and light clinical support — someone who is willing to learn how to perform iTero scans, preparing aligner attachment templates, helping with cleaning tasks, and CBCT extraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey with warmth and clarity.
• Coordinate and follow up on treatment plans in collaboration with the doctor and clinical team.
• Manage scheduling, patient records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
• Perform insurance verification and assist with billing and patient financial arrangements.
• Handle new patient intake and ensure all required information is collected accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Assist in simple clinical duties when needed — including aligner template prep, cleaning instruments, and Itero scanning (training provided).
• Support team members and step into different roles when needed to keep the office running efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer literacy — Mac experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
• Strong phone etiquette and commitment to exceptional patient service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different responsibilities.
• Previous dental or orthodontic office experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not necessary.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
