Join our dynamic team as a Tree Climber, where you will play a vital role in maintaining healthy, safe, and beautiful landscapes. This energetic position involves climbing trees to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care. Your expertise in tree care combined with your growing experience in horticulture and landscape maintenance will contribute to creating thriving outdoor spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, or removal operations.
• Occasional operation lifts to access elevated work areas efficiently and securely.
• Use rigging techniques to safely lower large branches or trees during removal projects.
• Conduct thorough assessments of trees and surrounding landscapes to determine the best care practices.
• Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, and shrub trimming as needed.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure team well-being.

Skills

• Proven experience in tree climbing, tree trimming, or tree care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Proficiency in rigging techniques for safe branch or tree removal.
• Ability to operate lifts confidently and safely.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general horticulture.
• Growing experience in arboriculture or related fields is highly desirable.
