Tree, Plant and Shrub Retail Sales Associate

Fossil Creek Nursery, a leading provider of quality trees, plants, and shrubs, is seeking a passionate and outgoing full time Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be part of our retail nursery division, working alongside a talented staff to provide exceptional customer service and share your knowledge of our diverse plant offerings. We value a positive attitude and a love for the green industry. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting trees, plants, and shrubs that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly advice on plant care and landscape design
• Work collaboratively with the retail nursery team to maintain a welcoming and well-stocked environment
• Participate in weekend shifts as part of the regular work schedule

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of plants and landscape design
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends

Offered compensation: $17/hr - $19/hr
