Trial Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury law, exceptional trial skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. This role involves managing cases from intake through trial, including client interaction, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and courtroom litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other tort claims
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair in courtroom proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Maintain regular client contact and provide updates throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses to build strong cases
• Evaluate claims and determine case value and strategy

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the GA Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with at least 3 jury trial experiences
• Strong knowledge of Georgia personal injury law and civil procedure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
