Trial Attorney

The Ammons Law Firm is seeking a Texas-licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle a docket of complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated history of success litigating multi-million-dollar product liability claims in state and federal courts.

The attorney will work on and have primary responsibility for handling an active litigation docket of product liability cases under the supervision of the Firm's Manager/Partner.

Duties will include all aspects of litigation practice, such as participating in trials, taking depositions, presenting witnesses for depositions, attending and arguing hearings, drafting discovery and pleadings, and interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. Travel will be required. A desire to make a career in plaintiffs' practice is necessary. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

The attorney may be asked to work on any and all Ammons Law Firm cases and other Firm matters.

Compensation will be negotiated.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
